Montreal: Bilboquet

it’s not ice cream, it’s artisan glacier
:Outremont:

Things really do sound better en français.

I’m not a huge fan of ice cream, but for Bilboquet I make exceptions. Their maple ice cream is heavenly. The flavours change at the chef’s direction and are made with rich, sweet, fresh and seasonal ingredients. Should they have the maple, get it.

The original store is far from the downtown core, but you can get their ice cream at various locations in and around the city (one location I know of is Java U on Sherbrooke).

Get yours while it’s still hot.
